Introducing Event Tracking
Track Token Created, Owner Changed and Liquidity Locked Events
We’ve just released the latest update to our Agents of I.N.U. Token Tracker — Events tracking! You’ll now be able to track the latest Token Created, Ownership Changed and Liquidity Lock events from within the app.
The different type of events
- New Token events. These events show you when tokens are created (technically speaking, when an LP pair is created), allowing you to track the newest tokens.
- Ownership Changed events. These events show you when the ownership of a token has changed. This is usually of interest for meme tokens renouncing ownerships (projects with real use-cases will very rarely renounce ownership)
- Most useful is the Liquidity Lock event. Locking liquidity is an important protection against devs rugging their own token. It’s not fool-proof (scam contracts can still allow dodgy developers to remove liquidity), however many investors won’t invest until liquidity has been locked.
Why should you care?
There are many groups out there who ape into tokens based as soon as liquidity locks. Different lockers hold more weight:
Premium Lockers: Unicrypt, Pinksale
2nd tier Lockers: Deeplock, Dxsales, Mudra
A lot of scammers take advantage of this and use a Unicrypt/Pinksale locker to make it seem like a legit project so beware and always do your research.
APE TIP: Check to see if it’s a Unicrypt/Pinksale lock and the Honeypot check is green. Then proceed to check if there is a legit Telegram, and the chart is showing good activity.You might have now found your next 100x.
Note: There are many projects with low tier lockers which do very well, so it always pays to do your research.
